Founding Partner Michael LaMagna and Associate Attorney Trevor Conlow partnered with Debbie Drelich of NY Elder Care Consultants to present on New York’s newly approved Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) law. The presentation covered the history and legal framework of MAID, including eligibility requirements, the approval process, required documentation, and the safeguards and ethical protections in place to prevent misuse and protect clients.
